Date : 24th and 25th October 2009
Reporting Time : 11am


-32 players, $20 per entry
-Group Draw will be conducted on 21st October(if all slots are taken, if not latest draw date will be on 23rd).
-Any players who report after 11:15am will be strictly penalized.
-They will lose 1 Rack for every 5 minutes late.
(If they report at 11:33 pm, they will start their 1st match with score of 0:4)



Format .....
- first 16 players drawn to be in Group A-D will come on 24th Oct @11am. Top 2 in each group will qualify for the second round. Draw for second round group stage will be conducted once all 8 players are finalized. In the second round, the top 2 from each group will qualify for the Quarter-Finals, which is to be held on 25th Oct.
- the other 16 players drawn in Group E-H will come on 25th Oct @11am. Top 2 in each group will qualify for the second round. Draw for second round group stage will be conducted once all 8 players are finalized. In the second round, the top 2 from each group will qualify for the Quarter-Finals
- Once the 8 quarter-finalists have emerged, we will conduct the draw for the matches.
- All matches in group stages 1 and 2 Race to 5 with Alternate Break.
- Quarter-finals Race to 7 with Alternate Break.
- Final Race to 9 with Alternate Break.
- Loser for the match will pay for the table punch.



Notes for Group Stages .....
- If there is a draw in the Points, Head-To-Head between the 2 players in concern will be the next factor decide the qualifying player.
- If the Head-To-Head between the 3 to 4 players in concern still the same, the Difference of Racks Won – Racks Conceded will be the next factor.
- If the Racks Difference is still drawn, the Most Racks Won will be the next factor.
- If the Most Racks Won is still drawn, the Least Racks Conceded will be the next factor.
